Grouping
‘Grouping’ refers to the closeness of darts but also of people.
This book documents my own journey joining my local darts team and argues the social benefits of doing so. Including the story of my recruitment and diaries of different games as well as some darts knowledge. This book follows this overall theme of community and social wellbeing through the vessel of darts, aiming to convince people to join their local team or pick up a similar hobby and trying to de-stigmatize spaces like social clubs.

For this volunteering project I worked with a local community centre to design their new community plan outlining their goals for the coming years. I went through multiple stages of user testing, engaging with members of the local community to find visual motifs and recognisable elements of the local area that they could relate to. 400 copies were made and distributed to the local community. This made for a really enjoyable project, working with a lovely team and produced some authentic design.
Right Under Our Feet
'Right Under Our Feet' (2025) Is a multi format book about the craft of pottery.
This book explores the process, history and spiritual nature of pottery and clay in 5 distinct sections, including two interviews from local potters. Featuring exposed textures for each chapter, hand Stitched binding and a custom typeface made from clay itself.
Solving
the Puzzle of Rock
‘Solving the Puzzle of Rock’ is a quiet, introspective publication about the philosophy of climbing, why we climb and what it’s really about, in order to clear up preconceived notions about climbing being for adrenaline fuelled dare devils, to get more people to try it. It includes extracts from philosophers and climbers and those in between. It features text setting that lets you climb with your eyes, a fold out page that allows you climb beyond the boundaries of the book, illustrations inspired by 1940s mountain guides and a textured front cover.

Hidden Pillars
'Hidden Pillars' (2026)
3D twist foldout publication. This publication focuses on the vital work that community workers do, the format folding out to physically reveal their unseen foundations that hold up our local community. not initially visible on the surface. Focusing on an interview from community worker Maria Perrett from Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust, it follows some personal anecdotes and covers some of the many amazing events, clubs and services that this organisation provides. This was later extended with a physical trophy award with a design inspired by the topography of the local area. Accompanied by a nomination system where you can nominate a member of your community who does a lot of work but is lesser known about to recieve the award each month. The topograhy of the trophy cna be interchanged depending on the area where the community centre is located.
Stilts
'Stilts' anti water-logging campaign poster series
Set of three Risograph posters, campaigning for better drainage systems and pitch maintenance to reduce the effects of water-logging in grassroots fooball pitches. The campaign features the black winged stilts as its icon, a bird that is suited for wetlands. (Hypothetical branding).
